Job Title: AI Engineers / Data Scientists for Legal Validation and Verification Engine and Generative Planning Development


Location: Remote


Type: Full-time/Part-time, Partnership based on Sweat Equity Agreement


Role Overview: We are on the lookout for talented and driven AI Engineers and Data Scientists to join our team in a unique capacity. The selected individuals will play a crucial role in developing our Legal Validation and Verification Engine, a project poised to set new benchmarks in the legal domain. Ideal candidates will exhibit a strong enthusiasm for technological innovation, possess profound knowledge in AI and data science, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering excellence.


Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in collaborative design, development, and refinement of the Legal Validation and Verification Engine as well as Generative Planning with a multidisciplinary team.

* Employ sophisticated machine learning algorithms and data processing methods to analyze and interpret intricate legal data.

* Innovate and implement AI models for the accurate validation and verification of legal documents and procedures.

* Execute thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure efficacy and reliability in practical legal contexts.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science, leveraging this insight to augment our engine.

* Contribute to the development of a scalable, robust system architecture that accommodates the engine's complex functionalities.



* Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a preference for candidates holding a background in law or legal studies.

* Demonstrated experience in AI, machine learning, and data science, supported by a portfolio of pertinent projects.

* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, along with familiarity with AI and machine learning frameworks.

* Experience or a strong interest in natural language processing (NLP) and legal terminology.

* Exceptional problem-solving abilities and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.

* Effective communication and collaboration skills, capable of working harmoniously with diverse team members.

* Minimum 5 years of qualified experience.
